Challenge

Branding a water treatment group with four specialized companies, creating a cohesive brand identity that unifies diverse areas of expertise while clearly distinguishing each company’s unique focus. The brand needed to effectively communicate the group’s comprehensive solutions and expertise, foster a unified image across all companies, and address varying stakeholder needs without causing confusion or diluting the individual strengths of each specialization.

Solution

We developed a master brand identity that highlights the group’s overall expertise while creating distinct sub-brands for each specialized company. This involved designing a unified visual framework, such as a common color palette and logo elements, that linked the companies together. Each sub-brand has its own unique identity and messaging that reflects its specific area of expertise, yet maintains alignment with the overarching brand.
